- How long does a project take? This is customized according to your needs; however, typically a 1-3 month period is standard.
- What are your pricing tiers? We have a flat project rate and by the hour fee-generally it’s your choice.
- Can you come to our site or is this strictly off-site or remote access? This is customized according to your needs.
- Due you charge multiple fees during a project? No, we do not believe in nickel and diming our client.
- What geographical areas do you service? We can get on a plane and travel anywhere. We are located in Palm Beach County; however, we service the local Miami Dade-Broward-Palm Beach County areas.
- Can you come to our office on short notice, even for the day? Yes! This is called our On-Demand service. We’d love to help.
- Do you offer free consultations? Yes, we offer free consultations over the phone. We charge for a visit.
- Do you charge for quick phone calls? We do not charge our clients time for calls, emails, or texts if brief in nature. The clock is ticking when we are working.
